Set in lush gardens on its own peninsula, this is a tropical paradise of fine white sands, shady palms and crystal clear waters with a fine balance of laid-back beach style and a certain grandness. The resort is an hour from the airport.

Facilities include kids only facilities, a gym and a luxury Givenchy Spa, the Gary Player 9-hole 33-par course is complimentary for guests and has its own clubhouse and David Leadbetter Academy. Nearby, is One and Only fabulous new 18-hole championship Ile aux Cerfs Golf Course. 5 tennis courts, Scuba diving, deep sea fishing, water sports, sailing plus live evening entertainment making this hotel a great all-rounder.

Accommodation

All guest accommodation is in suites with balconies or terraces - many with sea views - and featuring every modern amenity. The large bathrooms offer bath, walk-in shower, separate toilet and spacious dressing room. Rooms, suites and the villa share a light breezy style that balances traditional colonial furniture with views out over the sands, sea and lagoon.

The goal of One and Only Spa is to help guests reach a greater sense of equilibrium through a range of treatments and activities which are individually planned according to state of being. Guests may experience tailor-made treatments based on expressed personal goals, or may choose to be guided by the three stages to equilibrium:

Unwind - Sometimes in this fast world we get wound up like a spring, and we don't know how to unwind. Tension stops the natural flow of energy and healing in the body. It is necessary to regularly release this spring. Unwind treatments will do just that. They soothe, heal and relax.  To further increase your sense of peace, daily meditation and yoga sessions are also strongly recommended.

Restore - During times of stress, unhealthy living, or simply by living in a polluted area, toxins build up in our bodies. Help your body cleanse itself.  Releasing toxins through these treatments, exercise and diet will enable the body to absorb nutrients correctly, as well as giving your body the necessary rest it needs to function as it should.

Elevate - These treatments have been created to inspire, motivate and to evoke an overall sense of joy - allowing you to be in the moment and experience the now.
