Where do we get our Marriage License from
The Clark County Marriage License Bureau at the Regional Justice. We suggest that you get this at least the day prior to the wedding.

How much is and what do I need
The cost is $55.00. This must be paid in cash. There is no blood test or waiting period in Nevada. Both parties must appear in person with proof of identity and that you are over 18 (driver's license, passport, etc.). You will receive the license immediately. The license is valid up to one year from the issue date.

Go to  www.accessclarkcounty.com then
Permits/Licenses
Select "Marriage License".
Then print the marriage application form, to complete then take with you to the Marriage License Bureau.
Your marriage ceremony cannot take place unless you have a valid Clark County Marriage License.

What if I been divorced
Divorce papers are not required for a remarriage in Nevada. You will be required to sign on your license application that you are legally divorced. A divorce granted in another state must be final in the state in which it was granted.

 When do I pay  the ministers donation
After your wedding ceremony you will meet with the minister again in the minister's office where he will present you with an envelope for his donation. He will then leave the room so that you can discreetly pay him whatever amount you think is appropriate for his services. The  recommended donation is at least $60
